Brandy Tristao is entering her thirteenth year of practicing law and is a seasoned litigator. For the past ten years, she has dedicated her practice solely to family law. Ms. Tristao is a native of Riverside County. Ms. Tristao attended the University of California at Riverside where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Law Society. Ms. Tristao continued her education after college and earned her Juris Doctorate from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California. 

Upon graduation with the degree of Juris Doctor and admission to the State Bar of California, Ms. Tristao has had the opportunity to work in multiple facets of law including plaintiff’s personal injury, criminal law, and now has focused her practice solely to family law. Ms. Tristao has extensive litigation skills and gained valuable insight working as an attorney volunteer with the Riverside Public Defender’s Office, including handling multiple jury trials. She loves to provide volunteer hours to the Riverside County High School Mock Trial Program. As a previous high school participant, she understands the importance and values that the program teaches the youth of Riverside County.
